He is a proven entrepreneur and business owner who successfully created Mentor Enterprises, leading military professional development. He is a graduate of premier management consulting and leadership programs, including the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, and a Member of the United States Army MSAF 360 Coaching Team with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Mark is also a member of the United States Army Ordnance Hall of Fame, an Inductee into the Sergeant Morales Leadership Club, and an honorary member of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Leadership Club.
